Sadly, Bob was born without ears, and though heproved to be successful in business, his problemannoyed him greatly.

 

 One day he needed to hire anew manager for his company, so he set up threeinterviews.

 

 The first guy was great.

 

 He knew everything heneeded to know and was very interesting.

 

 But atthe end of the interview, Bob asked him, "Do younotice anything different about me?"

 

 "Why, yes, Icouldn't help but notice that you have no ears,"came the reply.

 

 Bob did not appreciate his candorand threw him out of the office.

 

 The second interview was with a woman, and shewas even better than the first guy.

 

 But he askedher the same question "Do you notice anythingdifferent about me?"

 

 "Well," she said stammering, "you have no ears."

 

 Bob again got upset andchucked her out in a rage.

 

 The third and final interviewee was the best of thebunch, he was a young man who had recentlyearned his MBA.

 

 He was smart.

 

 He washandsome, and he seemed to be a betterbusinessman than the first two put together.

 

 Bobwas anxious, but went ahead and asked theyoung man the same question "Do you noticeanything different about me?"

 

 Much to hissurprise, the young man answered, "Yes, youwear contact lenses, don't you?"

 

 Bob was shocked and realized this was anincredibly observant person.

 

 "How in the worlddid you know that?"

 

 , he asked.

 

 

The young man fell off his chair laughinghysterically and replied, "Well, it's pretty hard towear glasses with no damn ears!"
